01About us
Lazarus Lead is a Strategy Joe company, operated by [Legal business name]. Contact: strategy.joe.wins@gmail.com.
02Information only, not professional advice
Content on the Site is general information based on sales experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas, including how telemarketing and privacy laws apply to your business.
03Our service
We provide human-led sales follow-up. Experienced sales professionals contact prospects that a client has already pitched, learn what has changed, qualify renewed interest, and book appointments for the client’s own sales team. The client’s sales team remains responsible for the sale.
The specific scope, calling cadence, definition of a qualified appointment, pricing and payment terms are set out in a separate written client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
04No guaranteed results
Reactivation depends on many things outside our control, including lead quality, timing, and the prospect’s own circumstances. We do not guarantee a particular number of conversations, appointments, sales or revenue, except where a client agreement expressly ties fees to defined outcomes.
05Results and testimonials
Quotes, examples and stories on the Site reflect specific people’s experiences and are not a promise that you will achieve the same results. Results depend on many factors, including your market, your lead history, your team and how your Closer follows up.
06Client responsibilities
When you hire us, you agree that:
- You have the right to share the lead records you give us and to have us contact those people on your behalf.
- The records were collected lawfully, and you will tell us about any opt-outs, do-not-contact requests, or consent limits that apply to them.
- You will comply with the laws that apply to your business and your sales process, including telemarketing and consumer protection rules.
- The information you give us about your offer, pricing and past conversations is accurate.
- Your team will attend booked appointments, or let us know promptly about scheduling changes.
07Calling and contact compliance
We call only records the client has approved and that have passed our eligibility screening. We do not call numbers marked as opt-outs or do-not-contact, and we honor stop requests made during our outreach. Clients agree to work with us in good faith to keep outreach compliant with applicable laws, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and national and state do-not-call rules.
08Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the client agreement or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.
09Confidentiality
We keep client lead data, sales materials, and call notes confidential and use them only to provide our service. Clients agree to keep our non-public processes, scripts, and pricing confidential.
10Intellectual property
The Lazarus Lead name, logo, website content, and our methods belong to us or our licensors. Clients own their own lead data and the call notes and outcomes we produce for them. You may not copy or reuse our website content without permission.
11Acceptable use of the website
Do not misuse the website. That includes sending spam or false information through our forms, trying to access systems you are not authorized to use, or disrupting the site.
12Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and tools, such as strategyjoe.com, Facebook, and our scheduling and email providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
13No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or its content.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). For paid services, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
15Indemnity
Clients agree to cover losses and reasonable legal costs we incur because of lead data the client supplied without the right to do so, or because of the client’s breach of these terms or applicable law.
16Ending the service
Either party may end the service as described in the client agreement. When the service ends, we will return or delete client lead data as agreed, and any fees already earned remain payable.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [State].
