04Our role with client lead data

When we call prospects for a client, we act as a service provider to that client. You can also ask us not to call you again, and we will record and honor that request.

We remove opt-outs and do-not-contact records before any outreach begins. If you ask us to stop contacting you during a call or by email, we will add you to our internal do-not-contact list and let our client know.

We share information only as needed to run our business and deliver our service:

• The client who hired us, for call notes, outcomes and appointments related to their own prospects.
• Service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our hosting provider, email delivery (Resend), CRM, calendar and scheduling tools, and only as needed to provide their service.
• Authorities or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

07Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy. Third-party services we link to, such as Facebook or a scheduling tool, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

08How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Client lead data and call notes are kept for the length of the engagement, then returned or deleted as agreed with the client. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
